I started Cloud 10 as a boot camp member and saw amazing results. So much so that I wanted to take my fitness to the next level and decided I was going to join their elite program. The training and dieting pushed me to new levels. With the support of the coaches, teammates I was able to follow the training and nutrition plan to the teeth.
The end results were better than I expected. I am in the best shape of my life, I went from 180lbs to 143lbs and my body fat went from being above 20% to down to 7%. I’ve also been able to check off of my bucket list by getting on stage and competing. Numbers don’t lie with Cloud 10.
I got started on my fitness goal because I wanted to lose weight. Also, when I went to the doctors my blood pressure always range from 83/144 or 146 which was normal high. I was looking for a fitness gym that would push me beyond my limits. I became a member and believer of Cloud10-Laurel since April 2016 when I completed my first challenge. Unfortunately, with my first challenge, I did not lose the 20lbs.
But I gained so much more. The discipline, courage and self-awareness that I was capable of doing more than I thought I could. I have remained a member since and have lost the 20lbs. In 2016 I was 378.8 lbs. and was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. After a lengthy conversation with my Doctor, I knew it was time to make a change. I tried to lose weight on my own and failed. Determined to not give up, I continued to search for a place that fit my needs, a controlled environment, coaches, great members and the science of nutrition to help me lose weight, get healthy and out of the range of being pre-diabetic. Thankfully I found Cloud 10 and after my initial visit, I knew this was the place for me, and I’ve been there ever since.
For many years I have been up and down in my weight (between 184 – 248lbs) and found myself trying to lose the same 10-15lbs. However, my eating habits were pitiful and I did not exercise consistently. Then, in December 2017, I saw a fitness video ad sponsored by Fitness Optimist on Facebook looking for 40 women who wanted to lose 20lbs! YEEEES! Sign me up! I participated in the January 2018 challenge and what an amazing experience! Day 1-3, I almost threw up during the workouts but I hung in there. Week 2 and 3, I was having sugar withdrawals and felt very irritable but I pressed through my severe cravings (especially for those Blueberry Belvita crackers) and just “followed the In the end I loss 24lbs! Yeeeeeeeeah baby! It was six weeks of intense workouts which were well structured and led by the most amazing and fun Fitness Coaches. I love that they are always in “beast” mode and challenging us to finish strong!

“Started the challenge with a specific goal in mind like everyone else. I knew if i pushed myself I could get there. Although I have tried going to the gym everyday and watching my diet, having a team to work out with and motivate every last breath your lungs can give is what made the challenge so perfect. But what caught my attention was the great quality of trainers I came across.
